ATA Law staff attended the Mayor Malcolm Brodie’s Annual Address hosted by the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. Mayor Brodie will complete his term as the mayor of Richmond City this fall and will not seek re-election; this was his last annual address during his 25-year tenure. At the address, Mayor Brodie reviewed Richmond’s progress over the past year in urban development, housing construction, community safety, and legal disputes concerning aboriginal title. He also shared Richmond’s future development direction with all the attendees.
